Notes for Rose City Fizz

If you are looking for simplicity and lack the bar equipment to get things shaking then feel free to skip that part and just build the cocktail right in the glass. This Grapefruit Rose Fizz cocktail does not need to be shaken but it does get things nice and chilled and incorporated. Just make sure you give it a good stir with plenty of ice.

What is Rose Liqeuer?

Rose Liqueur, a sweet and fragrant elixir, is created by infusing roses into alcohol. This concoction is more on the sophisticated end and captures the delicate floral essence, perfect for enhancing cocktails, adding a unique touch to desserts, or even enjoying it on its own. Its versatility allows you to elevate various culinary creations with a hint of floral sophistication. It works well with citrus and other acidic drinks like this Grapefruit Rose Fizz. One caution would be to not overdo it on using the rose flavor as it can be overpowering!
