INGREDIENTS :
Prepare the polenta according to packaged instructions. Polenta instructions for our recipe: Bring the broth and cream to a boil in a medium pot. Whisk in the polenta and salt, and reduce heat to low. Cook slowly and stir occasionally until the polenta has absorbed the liquids. Take the pot off of the heat and allow to cool for up to five minutes.
Pour the polenta onto a lined baking sheet, smoothing out with a spatula. Place in the fridge for up to two hours. Once removed from the fridge, cut into one inch bite size squares.
Line a second baking sheet and broil the polenta squares on high until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool before garnishing.
Arrange the polenta bites onto a preferred serving platter. Then garnish with crumbled cheese, a drizzle of honey, and top with a green. Buon Appetito!
