These crispy smoked salmon burgers are packed with flavor and topped with a creamy, tangy lemon garlic sauce that takes them to the next level. Lemon Garlic Sauce :
To make the salmon patties add all of the ingredients (except the eggs, breadcrumbs, and frying oil) to a large bowl. Mix until all ingredients are combined. Form the salmon mixture into preferred size patties and place in the freezer for around thirty minutes.
Whisk the eggs in a shallow bowl, and set aside. Add the breadcrumbs to a second shallow bowl, and set aside.
To make the lemon garlic sauce add all ingredients into a bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined, and set aside.
After thirty minutes, remove the salmon patties from the fridge. One at a time, dip the patty into the whisked egg bowl, both sides. Then dip in the breadcrumbs, both sides. Set on a drying rack until ready to fry.
Heat a medium size pan on medium to high heat. Add enough oil to cover around half of the patty. Cook each side of the salmon patties until golden brown. (No need to worry about a cooking time since the salmon is already cooked).
To assemble the burgers, smear the lemon garlic sauce on both halves of the english muffins. Then add the salmon patty, followed by tomatoes, red onions, avocados, cucumber, and lettuce. Enjoy with your favorite fries! Buon Appetito!
