Need it to be vegan? Aquafaba, or chickpea brine, works as a great egg white substitute in cocktails for a frothy texture. Just whip it up, or use it as a 1:1 substitute and you get a creamy foam similar to egg whites. It’s a plant-based alternative, making it suitable for vegans or those with egg allergies. Add a touch of aquafaba to your favorite cocktail recipes for a silky and frothy mix that elevates your drinking experience. It works great in this vodka pomegranate sour!
