This recipe features fresh and tender pieces of sushi-grade ahi tuna marinated in a savory blend of soy sauce, sesame oil, and spices. This dish is a burst of oceanic flavors! Combine vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, sesame seeds, green onions, avocado, orange juice, sriracha, honey, and tamari in a large bowl. Stir until all ingredients are combined.
Slice ahi tuna into ½ inch cubes and marinate in the sauce for ~ 30 minutes. Pour into a desired serving bowl, and garnish with additional sesame seeds and green onions. Best served with plantain chips!
