INGREDIENTS :
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a large cast iron skillet layer ingredients starting with chips, chicken, corn, tomatoes, bell peppers, red onion, and cheese. Repeat layers twice to fill the cast iron skillet.
Bake the nachos in the oven for 12 – 18 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
Remove the cast iron from the oven, and add toppings of sour cream, salsa, jalapeños, avocado, freshly squeezed limes, and cilantro. Enjoy with family and friends.
