For the smoked salt, we really like the San Francisco Salt Co. For the mezcal, a popular brand is Dos Hombres, but we recommend picking one that’s in your price range. Mezcal is a unique and smoky spirit made from the agave plant, much like tequila. It originates from Mexico and has gained popularity for its distinct flavor profile. When using mezcal in cocktails, its smokiness adds depth and complexity. Enjoy mezcal responsibly, as it typically has a higher alcohol content than tequila.
