Spritz me! Spritz cocktails are by far the most refreshing. And who doesn’t love a smooth bubbly cocktail that hits the spot! That’s why we like to indulge in the refreshing twist of our grapefruit honey spritz cocktail, a spin off of a vodka spritz. Infused with a delightful rosemary grapefruit honey simple syrup, this libation offers a tasty blend of citrus and honey notes. It’s a sophisticated yet approachable drink that will elevate any occasion with its vibrant flavors and aromatic hints of rosemary. Be sure to check out the suggested pairing at the bottom!

To make the simple syrup, combine one cup water, 2 – 3 sprigs of rosemary, and grapefruit rind. (Be sure to only get the rind and not the white inner layer). Bring to a boil, and boil for two minutes. Take off heat, and stir in ½ cup sugar and ½ cup honey. Set aside and let cool. Strain out solids with tea strainer.
In a cocktail shaker combine vodka, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, ice and shake until chilled. Pour drink into final glass with cocktail strainer. Garnish with rosemary sprig and grapefruit wheel.
