INGREDIENTS :

  • 2 C arugula
  • 1 large heirloom tomato, cut into wedges
  • 1 white peach, cut into wedges
  • 1 burrata ball, torn
  • 3 lar basil leafs, chiffonade 
  • extra virgin olive oil, drizzle
  • balsamic glaze, drizzle
  • salt & pepper, to taste

METHOD

Prepare the tomatoes and peaches by cutting them into wedges. Chiffonade basil leaves by stacking on top of each other and thinly slicing into ribbons. 

Spread the arugula evenly out on the plate. Place tomatoes and peaches on top of arugula. Tear burrata and spread it on top of the salad.

Season the salad by drizzling olive oil, balsamic glaze, salt, pepper, and garnish with basil.
