We are big fans of burritos! And we mean, BIG fans! Evan use to work for Chipotle, so we would crush these on a monthly basis. But sometimes we crave something a little lighter. And that’s where veggie wraps hit the spot! You can incorporate any vegetables of your choice. And trust us, this veggie wrap does not lack in flavor. If you need more protein, shred the chicken from our Roasted Chicken recipe and add it in!

how to make veggie wraps


  • sun-dried tomato basil wrap
  • tzatziki sauce
  • red pepper hummus
  • cucumber, sliced
  • tomatoes, sliced
  • bell peppers, sliced
  • carrots, shredded
  • pepperoncini, sliced
  • avocado, sliced
  • sunflower seeds
  • microgreens
  • kale
  • *vegetables of choice

Heat sun-dried tomato basil wrap in the microwave for 15 – 20 seconds to soften. This making rolling easier!

Spread hummus on wrap followed tzatziki sauce. Then layer cucumber, tomatoes, avocados, bell peppers, kale, and carrots. Sprinkle pepperoncinis, sunflower seeds, and microgreens on top.

Roll the wrap into a burrito shape, cut in half, and enjoy! This wrap can be made with any spread or veggies of choice.
